Management
Wielding five years of management experience, I have garnered valuable insights that underscore the significance of supporting both internal teams and external customers. Recognizing that a supportive team contributes significantly to overall success, I have cultivated a leadership approach that prioritizes both team and customer support for optimal outcomes.
MS SQL
I’ve created and supported projects utilizing several coding languages in the past, however I would say MS SQL is easily my most comfortable language to pick up and manipulate. I’ve written Exit Points, Stored Procedures, and more just within my current role.
Manhattan Scale
Approaching five years of dedicated experience in supporting, training, and implementing on the Scale software platform. Proficient in leveraging expertise to ensure seamless integration and maximize operational efficiency.
Project Management
In tandem with my leadership experience, over the last couple of years, I’ve been able to track an ever changing team (ranging from 17-25 resources) as we travel across North America supporting multiple projects and various applications.
Application Support
Bringing six years of experience supporting both proprietary and general applications, I have cultivated a well-rounded understanding of software. This has equipped me with a comprehensive skill set to address diverse challenges and contribute effectively to software-related initiatives.
Infrastructure Solutions
In addition, I have taken responsibility for server maintenance and monitoring. Proficient in ensuring the seamless operation of servers, implementing routine maintenance protocols, and conducting vigilant monitoring to uphold optimal performance and reliability.
